Security Cameras Direct is currently looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. This position supports customers with the installation, initial configuration, set up and troubleshooting of DVR’s, cameras, monitors, power supplies and cabling used in security monitoring systems. This role provides support over the phone and requires no travel to customer locations. Qualified candidates will have a background in electronics and computer/network related equipment, as well as experience in the use of Windows based operating systems and enterprise class telephony equipment. An excellent oral communications skill with emphasis on positive customer interface during problem resolutions is also required. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn video surveillance and networking equipment technology. Previous call center experience is desired, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
